A HIGHLY PERSONALISED PROGRAMME.
Your coach will design a 4 week programme based on your goals and current fitness. This programme will form the basis of all you do, giving you clear direction and a time-efficient plan to follow during your open gym sessions. |

Your coach is here for you. We will keep you accountable, motivated... and educated! Want to know what you're doing and why you're doing it? That's exactly what we are here for! Be as transparent with us as possible and we will help you get the results that you want! |

Making our open-gym session pre-booking only ensures that you will only ever share the space with up to two other people! Spend this hour working on your programme - at your pace, without feeling self-conscious and overwhelmed by a busy environment! |
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
How does this programme work?
Think of this programme as 28 day cycles or 'blocks'. Every 4 weeks your account is credited with 1x one-to-one personal training session pass, 10x semi-private gym session passes and (if choosing our premium bundle) unlimited classes too! You will work with your coach to design a programme - based on your goals and your fitness level, your preferences and your movement patterns. This programme will include workouts for you to complete during your gym sessions and class recommendations too... all pulled together in a highly personalised approach! Designed to keep you accountable, your coach checks in via WhatsApp or email weekly - on a day of your choice - and remains on hand throughout the duration of your programme to offer support and guidance, tweaks and adjustments. How do I book? Send us an email to book in for a chat! This membership recurs every 4 weeks, but you can cancel or downgrade any time! (Just give 14 days notice). After meeting a coach you'll be sent access to your membership allowing you to arrange your first one-to-one session and use your credits to book onto your sessions! Can I just drop in to the gym for a one off? All too often people take the PAYG route to open gyms and beat themselves up when they fail to see results. It's really hard to motivate yourself to attend an unstructured set of sessions and it's even harder to achieve your goals this way. This programme is designed for accountability and results... we don't offer single session passes to our open gym. |
