Your gym has become my safe space and I know I will always feel better leaving than I did when I arrived. The sessions are varied, adaptable and even fun! My life is turbulent at the moment and this morning in particular I was really struggling, the second I walked in your door I felt better and I left feeling back to myself and in a great place! Keep doing what you’re doing, you will never know the full impact you’re having on people’s lives!

How does it work?
One-to-one personal training sessions can be purchased in packs of 8 or 12. Offering ultimate flexibility - you can book in for one session a week, for two or even three! You can also choose to mix your one-to-one sessions with fitness classes for an all-round approach too!
Your first steps are to drop us a message - just fill in the form below! You'll be able to find out which slots are available, meet a coach and chat more about your goals. We encourage you to take a good look around the studio to get a feel for how we do things before signing up for any sessions! We have to be right for you. |

THE PT SESSIONS HAVE ADDED SO MUCH TO MY FITNESS AND IMPROVED MY CONFIDENCE MASSIVELY. I WOULD HONESTLY RECOMMEND GIVING THEM A GO.
