How does it work?
Your first steps are to get in touch with us! You'll be able to find out which slots are available, meet a coach and chat more about your goals. We encourage you to take a good look around the studio to get a feel for how we do things before signing up for any sessions! Feeling comfortable in our studio is super important!
One-to-one personal training sessions can be bought in packs of 8 or 12. You can book in for one session a week, for two or even three! Once you've met your coach you can head over to our sign up page to make an account and add your passes. |
