There are lots of reasons why people choose to work with a personal trainer. You might be in need of a confidence boost or want to build up a base level of fitness before taking part in classes. You might want to work towards a big goal or need some accountability. You might want to start increasing the weights you lift or start lifting for the first time. You might be a complete beginner or have never set foot in a gym environment before. You might enjoy learning and want to understand how to move and feel better!
We are a strong team coaches at Nexus Fitness - three of us offer one-to-one personal training sessions, all of us have our own specialisms and areas of interest. When looking to work with a personal trainer, it's super important that you find the right fit! How does it work?
One-to-one personal training sessions can be bought in packs of 8 or 12. Offering ultimate flexibility - you can book in for one session a week, for two or even three! You can also choose to mix your one-to-one sessions with fitness classes for an all-round approach too!
Your first steps are to drop us a message - just fill in the form below! You'll be able to find out which slots are available, meet a coach and chat more about your goals. We encourage you to take a good look around the studio to get a feel for how we do things before signing up for any sessions! Feeling comfortable in our studio is super important! |

THE PT SESSIONS HAVE ADDED SO MUCH TO MY FITNESS AND IMPROVED MY CONFIDENCE MASSIVELY. I WOULD HONESTLY RECOMMEND GIVING THEM A GO.
