PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRICES WILL INCREASE ANNUALLY ON 1ST APRIL. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS ARE SENT OUT TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR UPGRADING, DOWNGRADING AND CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN LINE WITH THE CANCELLATION PERIOD SET OUT IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SEE BELOW.

FITNESS CLASSES
- To help you keep organised, you can reserve your place up to 28 days in advance!
- No refunds.
- Class bookings cannot be made at the door and must be made at least 10 minutes prior to session start time.
- Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Any cancellations made after this time will still count towards your pass limit or be charged to your account.
- 2 or more no-shows will automatically block you from our system. If this happens you will need to contact us to book again in future. We urge you to cancel your place even after the deadline has passed to avoid being marked as a no-show and to give others the chance to book on!
- For health and safety purposes, session passes are non-transferable. If you attempt to attend on behalf of someone else we withhold the right to refuse entry with no refund.
- Individual session passes must be used within 28 days of purchase.
- Session passes cannot be refunded for their monetary value, but will be credited to your account given the above terms.

ONE-OFF MEMBERSHIPS (Including Trial Membership and Platinum12)
- Valid for the duration stated on your membership. No extensions can be made for holiday breaks, illnesses or other such circumstances. * The only exception is our 12 month membership. See below.
- No refunds.
- * For your 12 month membership you may hold once for up to 2 months. Contact [email protected] if you wish to hold your 12 month membership for illness or other such circumstances. A minimum hold of 2 weeks is required.
- 2 or more no-shows will automatically block you from our system and prevent you from using any remaining credits on your account. If this happens you will need to contact a member of the team to reinstate your membership. We urge you to cancel your place even after the deadline has passed to avoid being marked as a no-show and to give others the chance to book on!
- Session passes are lost if not used within the billing period.
- For health and safety purposes, memberships and session passes are non-transferable. If you attempt to attend on behalf on someone else we withhold the right to cancel the bill payers membership and refuse entry with no refunds. One membership is for one person.
- Our Trial Memberships, Starter Packs and Trial Class Passes are only available to new sign ups. These memberships cannot be used by those who have previously attended any sessions at the studio. If you attempt to attend sessions with these memberships but using a different email address, we withhold the right to refuse entry with no refund.
- Session passes cannot be refunded for their monetary value, but will be credited to your account given the above terms.

- Session memberships bill every 28 days. Passes are lost if not used within one month.
- Check carefully before purchase - some sessions may be excluded from your package.
- Session passes cannot be refunded for their monetary value, but will be credited to your account given the above terms.

PERSONAL TRAINING AND PROGRAMMES
- Due to the personalised nature of personal training, once booked on to a programme, no refunds or date transfers can be made.
- Session passes are lost if not used within the billing period.
- For health and safety purposes, memberships and session passes are non-transferable. If you attempt to attend on behalf on someone else we withhold the right to cancel the bill payers membership and refuse entry with no refunds. We can't help advise you according to your preferences, medical information or injuries if we don't know who you are! One membership is for one person.
- Nexus Fitness closes on bank holidays. Your coach will arrange an alternative session if you scheduled session falls on a bank holiday.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will face a £10 late-cancellation fee. As part of your membership you are entitled to 2x free 'get outs' per billing cycle. This entitles you to cancel giving less than 24 hours notices on two occasions.

JUNIORS
- All under 12yrs must be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 junior:adult ratio and all 12-15yrs on a 2:1 junior:adult ratio.
- The accompanying adult takes ultimate responsibility in all respects regarding any juniors.
- The accompanying adult is also required to read and sign the Nexus Fitness Junior Exercise Participation Form (which can be found when booking) before participating in any exercise with a junior. Any breach of these terms will result in entry being refused with no refunds issued.
- Individual passes must be used within 28 days of purchase.
- It might be tempting to be devious about your child's age in order to access sessions for a cheaper rate. We withhold the right to refuse entry to anyone who we suspect has provided an incorrect date of birth. Junior exercises and progressions are designed for juniors. Those who access a session as a junior will be advised according to their age. We can't properly help improve your child's fitness with incorrect details.

GENERAL
- Should your coach cancel a session for any reason, a credit refund will be issued to your account to be used on another session of your choice!
- All terms and conditions can be changed at the discretion of Nexus Fitness. You will be notified of such changes.
- Vouchers can be purchased from our shop. Vouchers entitle the user discounted access to our services. Vouchers can be purchased as £10.00, £20.00, £30.00, £40.00 or £50.00. Once allocated to an account, vouchers are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Nexus Fitness closes on bank holidays.
- Nexus Fitness closes over the Christmas period. All memberships will be frozen during this time (excluding bank holidays) and subsequent payments prorated.
- No refunds for kit purchases.

REFERRALS
- You can find your referral code on your account. Nexus Fitness Studio reserves the right to withdraw our referral system at any time.
- Your account will be credited with £5.00 if your referred person signs up for a membership within 2 weeks of sign up. This excludes Nexus Runners' membership. (£10.00 for platinum members).
- Your referred person has 28 days to use their free session pass.
- Your referred person must be a brand new member with no previous or existing membership records at Nexus Fitness.
