Nexus Fitness Studio – (Effective January 2026)
​Why Terms Matter
Our policies are designed to protect the time of our coaches and the experience of all members. Please read carefully before purchasing. The booking system will guide you through confirmation at checkout.

Annual Price Adjustment
  • Our annual price increase takes effect on 1st January each year.
  • Members will receive email notification two weeks in advance.
  • You are responsible for upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling your membership in line with the cancellation periods outlined below.

Group Workouts
  • Classes can be reserved up to 28 days in advance.
  • No refunds are issued for missed classes.
  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will count towards your pass limit or be charged. Repeated late cancellations may result in your membership being terminated with no notice.
  • You are responsible for cancelling via the app or website. Private messages to coaches on social media (or similar) will not be accepted as notification.
  • No‑shows: Two or more no‑shows will automatically block your account. Contact us to reinstate access.
  • Passes are non‑transferable. Entry will be refused if you attempt to attend on someone else’s behalf.
  • Individual passes must be used within 28 days of purchase.
  • Under certain circumstances, passes may be credited but not refunded.
  • Respect for equipment and facilities is required. Misuse may result in refused entry.
  • Group workouts may be cancelled at short notice (e.g. low numbers). Credits will be returned immediately.
  • We aim to provide 4 weeks notice of timetable changes but we withhold the right to change sessions without notice.

Single Passes
  • No refunds.
  • Valid only for the duration stated. No extensions for holidays, illness, or other absences.
  • Passes are lost if unused within 28 days.
  • Passes are non‑transferable.
  • Trial memberships and starter packs are for new sign‑ups only. Repeat sign‑ups under different details will be refused and your account will be deleted.
  • Passes may be credited under certain circumstances but not refunded.

Recurring Memberships
  • Valid for the duration stated. No extensions except for pregnancy or medical conditions (see below).
  • No refunds.
  • Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 6 months for medical reasons. Minimum hold: 20 days.
  • Upgrades can be made online. To cancel or downgrade, email [email protected].
  • Cancellation/downgrade requires 28 days’ notice before the next billing date. Minimum commitment: 2 billing cycles.
  • Memberships bill every 28 days. Passes are lost if unused within the cycle.
  • Check carefully before purchase - some sessions may be excluded.

Personal Training and Coaching Programmes
  • Due to their personalised nature, no refunds or date transfers are available once booked.
  • Passes are lost if unused within the billing period.
  • Memberships are non‑transferable. One membership = one person.
  •  Alternative sessions will be arranged for bank holiday clashes. You are responsible for arranging with your personal trainer.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a £10 late fee. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice incur a £20 late fee.
  • Coaching programmes expire on the date set at purchase. One‑to‑one passes expire after 6 months.
  • Packages must be paid in full before the first session.

Juniors
  • Under 12s: must be accompanied 1:1 by an adult.
  • Ages 12–15: require a 2:1 junior:adult ratio.
  • Accompanying adult holds full responsibility and must sign the Junior Participation Form.
  • Passes must be used within 28 days of purchase.
  • Providing incorrect age details will result in refused entry.

General Terms
  • If a coach cancels, credits will be issued for the same session type.
  • Terms may be updated at Nexus Fitness’ discretion. Members will be notified.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months and are non‑transferable once allocated.
  • Studio closes on bank holidays and for set days over Christmas. Closure days will be indication on the timetable. You are responsible for arranging your sessions accordingly. 
  • No refunds for kit purchases.
  • If Nexus Fitness closes for more than 10 days (outside our control), memberships will be held.
  • We do not promote back‑to‑back sessions due to wellbeing and injury risk.

Referrals
  • Referral codes are available in your account.
  • £5 credit applied if your referral signs up within 2 weeks.
  • Referral passes must be used within 28 days.
  • Referrals must be brand new members.​
