I'd not been to a gym before. It's not for me..
I don't like vanity but equally I don't like my lack of fitness or weight gain so I had to try something . I'd never lifted weights and I'm still hugely surprised that I enjoy it! Must be the Nexus effect where you're never made to feel like a muppet and can go at your own pace ~ Ruth
