Build strong foundations with a slower‑paced class that strengthens your tummy, bum and back. Core focuses on controlled movements and mind‑muscle connection to improve posture, protect against injury, and enhance everyday performance. Each block runs for three weeks, repeating and progressing the same session so you can refine technique, track improvements, and feel stronger from the inside out.
