ONE-TO-ONEAs with any one-to-one practice, one-to-one or one-to-two yoga allows the teacher to guide you more specifically based on your movement patterns, your goals and your style preferences! One-to-one yoga sessions with Katy will help you to begin, restart or develop your yoga practice with individual guidance and support. You can choose just a small number of sessions to grow your confidence or add a weekly slot to your routine.

namaste.My name is Katy. I have been a student of Yoga for over 10 years and have recently started to pursue a Yoga Diploma and Young Yoga qualification. My background is in education and I’ve spent most of my career teaching in schools before moving into higher education. I am passionate about Yoga and its potential to improve our physical fitness and mental well-being, with a particular interest in advocating for the health and wellness of women and girls.
My classes blend aspects of hatha, vinyasa and pranayama for a joyful, invigorating and grounding practice. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space where participants can listen to their bodies and move at their own pace. I believe Yoga offers something for everyone, and that practitioners often discover unexpected benefits beyond their initial goals. |
