An excellent alternative to one-to-ones, Small Group Exercise (SGX) sessions take place with no more than 4 people in each session! Bridging the gap between the affordability and group motivation of fitness classes with the goal-orientated aspects of one-to-one sessions! Enjoy the camaraderie associated with a group environment, whilst receiving that all important one-to-one guidance and support from your coach.​

Each member goes through our ASSESS, ADDRESS and PROGRESS framework to make sure that you build on solid foundations in a safe and effective way.

the process.


​Step 01 - ASSESS
After signing up for your SGX membership you will be contacted by your coach to arrange an initial consultation. This might be a phone call, email, WhatsApp chat or in-person meeting - it's your choice! Here, your coach learns a little more about you, your goals and your motivations. 

Step 02 - ADDRESS
Each SGX session follows the same format - everyone works their way around the gym, performing different exercise combinations. Your goals will dictate the time spent on each exercise and the variations performed. Sometimes certain movement patterns may need addressing before moving on to bigger and more complex ones. You'll address these first, to make sure you build (injury free) on solid foundations!

Step 03 - PROGRESS
After your first 4 weeks you will be contacted by your coach for a catch up consultation. This gives you the opportunity to discuss your progress so far and plan your next steps!

​Is SGX right for me? 
​
Maybe you've had personal training sessions in the past and felt a little too self-conscious? Perhaps you are looking to get fitter but would like more support than can be offered in a larger fitness class? With a maximum of 3 other people in each session, SGX gives you close coach support and guidance whilst enjoying the support and camaraderie from a larger group!
​


How do I book?​
Select your session from the timetable and choose your SGX membership from the options!
After 4 weeks your membership automatically renews or you can choose to sign up for one of our other memberships instead!

Can I pay per session?
All too often people take the PAYG route and beat themselves up when they fail to see results. It's really hard to motivate yourself to attend an unstructured set of sessions and it's even harder to achieve your goals this way. We champion our SGX memberships as 4 week programmes to help keep you on track.
