HOW DOES IT WORK?
We coach two running-based sessions per week - RUN and CARDIO CLUB. If fitness classes aren't your thing and you prefer to get outside both of these sessions are included in one 'Runners' membership!
Our RUN sessions take the form of longer, continuous runs (3 miles +). These sessions are suitable for all who can run 2-3 miles!
Our CARDIO CLUB sessions include speed work, hill work, 'naked runs!!' and hyrox-inspired sessions that mix in circuit-style exercises too. These sessions are great for working on your cardiovascular fitness and due to the interval style are suitable for most.
Two carefully designed, coached run sessions per week.
Mixing speed training, hill work, team work, endurance runs, tempo runs. We follow a 12 week progressive programme, designed for optimal improvements in your running.
Join us on our away days, group Park Runs, races and weekend sessions.
Brilliantly social, Nexus Runners is a running community for all. I began running with my parents at a young age, so it's only right that juniors from 12yrs can join us too!
