ONLINE BEGINNERS PROGRAMME!
Our NEW virtual Introduction to Running Programme gives you the chance to follow our professionally designed beginners running programme online - though our app. Receive your workouts each week, chat with your coach and head out on your runs at times to suit your schedule.
What makes this programme different? By the end of your programme, you will be running 5k+, have grown in confidence and be Nexus Runners' Ready! We have mixed the independence of a standardised running programme with coach accountability! Having a coach on hand to check in on your progress can really help with motivation and drive when things get a little difficult. You will be supported through your journey and helped to push yourself beyond where you thought your limits were! |
