HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our run club is a supportive running club, coached by experienced coaches. From speed sessions to hill work, 'muster' runs to 'naked runs!!', our run club is suitable for all who can run 3 miles continuously! Together we cycle through a 12 week programme, designed for improvements in speed, resilience and... most importantly... designed to be social no matter what your ability!
Better still, you don't even need to be a member to join us! PAYG options are available. Just book onto sessions on the timetable just like you would any other session! |
