WHAT DOES A SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION LOOK LIKE?
Small Group Personal Training sessions take place in our gym. These sessions are limited to a capacity of 3 or 4 (depending on session design). Keeping numbers low ensures a brilliant mix between personal training and classes - your workouts are personalised and coached while you share the space with 3 others.
These sessions are booked just like any other session at the studio! Word of warning - we close bookings earlier to give ourselves time to personalise your workout! |
After walking into the gym and popping your items into a locker we will meet around the screen before a group warm up - this is where your workout will be written! In general we break the session down into 3 or 4 sections (cardio, strength and functional). Each member takes time to complete their own workout before moving around to the next section. The more sessions you attend, the more personalised your workout will be... we become more familiar with your goals, your current fitness levels and your exercise likes! So, you'll find your name up on the screen with your personal programme!

Access nutrition support and guidance. A coach will help analyse your current nutritional habits and provide feedback and advice on how best to move forwards. We will also keep you accountable (if that's something you need!!) |
