These appointments give you personal support beyond your workouts... whether that’s checking your form, setting new goals, or getting extra guidance on exercises you want to master. It’s your dedicated, uninterrupted time with a coach to refine your training and make sure you’re progressing toward the results you want.
🧩 Your Movement Profile (30‑Minute Bolt‑On £20)
A focused 30‑minute, one‑to‑one appointment designed to give you personalised insight into your movement patterns. Understand how you move, identify what’s holding you back, and refine key exercises so you feel more confident and empowered in your group workouts.
📺 Workout of the Week - Open Sessions
Written up on the studio TV, this independent session changes every week. It gives you a fresh workout you can follow at your own pace, with clear structure and movements laid out so you can train confidently without a coach.
🎟 Two Guest Passes Every 4 Weeks
Every four weeks you’ll receive two guest passes to bring friends or family along to experience a workout with you... a great way to share the environment you love and introduce others to the community.

Not your traditional gym...
...but I would recommend anybody struggling with motivation to give Nexus a try. There's no guilt or pressure to turn up, but when you do the energy in the room keeps you going, and a lot of that is from the amazing staff. Feels more like a social club rather than a gym, good vibes throughout (but they will work you as hard as you can, it still is a gym after all). ~ Brian

I used to be a bit scared of weights...
...honestly, I thought lifting meant turning into some bulky gym beast. But wow, was I wrong. Since I started incorporating weights into my routine (alongside the classes I already loved), I’ve seen changes in my body that I didn’t even think were possible. It’s not about getting “big” – it’s about getting strong, toned, and feeling empowered. My body is shaping in all the right ways, pulling in where it never used to, and I’m actually starting to love the way I look. More than that, I feel stronger inside and out. Big shoutout to Katy’s weight classes – they’ve been a total game changer. Oh, and the energy you leave with? That post-class buzz is unreal.
