o You can now grab your Starter Pack!
This gives you the chance to try classes for just £4.00! We have limited Starter Packs available! 20% of available packs were sold within 2 hours of launch!

All Packs are scheduled to begin on 15th August. Now, you won’t see classes on our system until 1st August, but you can read all about our classes and view our timetable over here.

o Sign up for Introduction to Weights
​Again, this 4 week course begins on 11th August! You can read more about the course over here and sign up here! Places are limited, so book now!

o You can sign up to Nexus Runners!
Our friendly running club has been growing since January! Can you already run 2-3 miles comfortably? You can sign up here. We are mid-way through our third Introduction to Running course... keep an eye out for new dates!

o Sign up for Introduction to Spinning
This 4 week course begins on 11th August! You can find out more about it over here. We suggest booking now... places are limited and are already filling fast!

o Building works will complete!
Building works will complete early July and we will get those keys! Expect some big updates during this time! Work will finish on our showers, changing facilities and parking areas!

o Our electricians will finish their work!
Our electricians will finish their work on the studio and fit out the spin area with those all-important disco lights!

o 1st August - Escape Fitness Fit Out!
Our primary suppliers - Escape Fitness - will kit out the gym and studio with our new kit and specialist flooring! Our top spec. spin bikes will arrive and our classes will go live on the system for you to book! If you choose not to sign up for our Starter Pack today you'll be able to sign up from your recurring membership from 1st August!

o 8th August - VIP LAUNCH WEEK
Our VIP LAUNCH WEEK will give our friends, family and those who have supported us along the way the change to have a go at our taster timetable! Our Introduction to... courses will also kick off this week!

o 14th August - OPEN DAY

o 15th August - We officially open to the public!
From 15th August we officially open for all services.
