![]() OPEN GYM meets PERSONAL TRAINING... Think of this programme as 28 day cycles or 'blocks'. Every 4 weeks your account is credited with 1x one-to-one personal training session pass, 10x semi-private gym session passes and (if choosing our premium bundle) unlimited classes too! You will work with your coach to design a programme - based on your goals and your fitness level, your preferences and your movement patterns. This programme will include workouts for you to complete during your gym sessions and class recommendations too... all pulled together in a highly personalised approach! Designed to keep you accountable, your coach checks in via WhatsApp or email weekly - on a day of your choice - and remains on hand throughout the duration of your programme to offer support and guidance, tweaks and adjustments. Find out more! Later this month we are expecting a little delivery in our gym area! Our new kit will be used with those on personal training programmes and our new Semi-Private Gym Programme! There's no way around it... gym kit is damn expensive and as a small business new bits of 'big kit' can't come too often. BUT it's my ambition to continually add only the best quality equipment. So, after 12 months of saving... ![]() With a maximum of 6-10 people, these sessions are designed for the new or the nervous, those who want to perfect their form and learn new techniques, those that are looking for that little bit extra support and those who enjoy closer coach guidance than can be offered in our larger sessions. Tuesday 18:00 - TONE with Letty Wednesday 17:15 - WEIGHTS with Me (Katy!) ![]() Many of you enjoy running but like the mixed nature of classes. Many of you have expressed an interested in our Run Club but don't feel confident enough to jump straight in. Many of you have expressed your desire to get some more cardio in! Every other Tuesday 18:30 it's CARDIO CLUB! This session is designed as a running focussed, outdoor class and mixes plyometric and cardiovascular exercises with running in a HYROX inspired session! In 5-10 minute sections (with as much as 5 minutes rest between sets!!) you aim to complete as many rounds as you can - rounds can include lunges, squats, jumping jacks and skipping - with short sprints (or run/walking) loops of between 0.25 - 1 mile. You take this session at your own pace... suitable for everyone!! (Yup, juniors too!) Designed to bridge the gap between a long, continuous run and fitness classes this session will test your VO2 max.
