Your challenge explained...
45 minutes of exercise 5/7 days.
This might be a studio-based class, a run at home or a walk with the dog! We challenge you be active for 45 minutes on at least 5 days of the week for the next 28 days. A total of 20/28 days of activity. Track your food intake 5/7 days. Often it’s simply being aware of what we consume that can make the difference. Using MyFitnessPal (or other food tracker) we challenge you to measure and track everything that you eat and drink on 5 days of the week for the next 28 days. Keep aware of your calorie intake and take a look at the macro breakdown. Ask for advice should you need to. Make one SMART goal. It might be a 1 minute plank, a deadlift PB, a 5k run, to drop a dress size… whatever your goal make it SMART and pop a brief reminder on the 'Accountability Board' when you're next at the studio! Make it SPECIFIC. Instead of 'I want to slim down', think 'I want to go from a size 20 to a size 18'. Make it MEASURABLE. Have a way of knowing that you've achieved your goal. 'I ran a sub 30 minute 5k'. Make it ACHIEVEABLE. Remember, this challenge is a short 28 days... choose a goal that you can achieve in 4 weeks. Make it RELEVANT. Let’s make it fitness related! Make it TIMED. This one is done for you... it's 28 days! |

How does it work?We won’t be counting down the days… this suggests we are counting down to get back to the life we were living before! Instead we will be counting up. It’s 28 days to a fitter, more focused you.
October 1st = Day 1. 28 days to make a habit. We will be keeping each other accountable! Using a private WhatApp group, us coaches will check in every week. You are in this together… keep each other accountable, share recipes and achievements or even message to meet up with your fellow members for a 45 minute walk, run or activity! |
