At Nexus Fitness we have 12 signature workouts, designed for different goals. Wish to work on your cardio? There's a workout for that. Want to build muscle? There's a workout for that. Want to build your confidence? There's a workout for that too! |
Offered in packs, our personal training packages, allow you to work towards your goals with one-to-one support from your coach.
Maybe you have a specific goal, perhaps you want to build your confidence or it might be that you want more guidance and advice than can be offered in a larger group. Our one-to-one sessions take place in The Gym with one of our super friendly coaches. |
A bespoke programme, one-to-one support and use of our gym, sharing with a maximum of 2 other people!
This is an exciting programme, that offers something a little different! Adhering to fitness is hard for many, especially with no guidance or plan, but with this approach you can enjoy access to The Gym to work through your personalised programme and one-to-one support. |
